About Jim
Jim Pyle grew up in a law-and-citrus family in Polk County, spent 30 years working statewide as a trial lawyer, has served over 25 years as a Special Magistrate, had a lot of fun and earned a lot of gray hair. After getting the "30 year itch" and contemplating a change, Jim sat down one day with Greg Karlson, founder and broker of Advantage Realty #1, immediately knew he was in the right place with the right folks at the right time, and hasn't looked back.
Jim, Anita and their dog Bodie live in Lake Placid and play at their farm in Venus. Jim hunts and fishes when he can, plays bass guitar with the Calico band and dabbles with acoustic guitar, keyboards and various other instruments. Jim is a third-generation Florida native, knows his way around and is happy to help you with your agricultural, commercial and residential real estate needs.
